During our stay, we loved the friendly and polite staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the hotel provided clean and functional rooms with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was convenient as there were many food places around, and the hotel provided free tea and coffee. Lastly, the free parking on the premises made it easy for us to bring our car and explore the surrounding areas.

Best aspects of the stay were the friendly staff and the clean rooms. The free tea and coffee facilities in the room were also appreciated. Best of all, the hotel had several good restaurants within walking distance.
Worst aspects of the stay were the location, which was a bit far from the sights and attractions of the city. It was also a bit pricey for the basic rooms provided.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was spotlessly clean and had a nice sized bathroom. Free tea/coffee and robes were provided. Good restaurants nearby.
Location was quite far from the town center and main train station. Without a car, a 40-minute walk or expensive taxi ride was necessary to reach any attractions.

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff provides exceptional service. Rooms are spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast offers a nice selection of Japanese dishes, and the hotel's location allows easy access to a variety of restaurants and entertainment options. free parking and complimentary tea/coffee are a plus.
Despite being near some nice restaurants, the hotel is a bit distant from the town center.
